From your use of this website

When you visit wisealice.com, we may collect information through cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on your browser or device when you agree to their use.

We use the following cookies:

Third-party services such as Google Analytics have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information — you can read Google’s privacy policy at google.com/policies/privacy.

Lawful basis: Consent — analytics cookies are only set after you accept. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

Use of AI tools

We use AI tools, including Claude by Anthropic, to support the development of our work. This may include inputting personal data such as names and business information from call notes and correspondence. We take care to input only what is necessary for the task. As Anthropic is a US-based company, data submitted to Claude is processed outside the UK. We ensure this data is safeguarded by relying on the UK-US Data Bridge framework. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how data submitted to Claude is handled — you can read it at anthropic.com/privacy.

Lawful basis: Legitimate interests — we use AI tools to support the quality and efficiency of our work. We have assessed that this does not override your rights or interests. We use only the minimum information necessary for each task, we do not use AI tools for any decision-making about individuals, and the benefit to the quality of our work is proportionate to the limited processing involved. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us at hello@wisealice.com.

Some of the software providers we use to run our business (such as our email, accounting and AI tools) process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure they operate under an approved UK data transfer mechanism, such as an Adequacy Decision or the International Data Transfer Addendum (IDTA).

Automated decision-making

Wise Alice does not use automated decision-making or profiling in relation to your personal data.

Providing your personal data

When you engage Wise Alice, providing your name, contact details and relevant project information is necessary for us to enter into and carry out a contract with you. Without this, we would not be able to deliver our services. You are not legally required to provide this information, but we cannot work together without it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the following rights. To make a request, see the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Who we share your information with

We use third-party tools to run our business, including email and invoicing software. These suppliers process data on our behalf and are bound by data protection obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
