HerPhase’s story
HerPhase is a fitness coaching business built around the hormonal reality of being a woman.
Katie came to Wise Alice at the earliest stage of HerPhase — before the first client, before the website, before the content. She knew the problem she was solving and the women she wanted to reach. What she didn’t know was where to start, how to tell her story and how to put herself out there.
The Blueprint session gave her that structure, language and ideas on which steps to take next. And the confidence that comes from having someone outside the business see it clearly and reflect it back.
HerPhase launched with a clear story, and a founder who knew exactly what to say and where to say it.
The Blueprint became the brief for everything — the website, the content, the way Katie talks about her business. The Toolkit gave her immediate applications to get moving from day one. Katie was able to take the words and work with them — she even built HerPhase’s website herself.
